Main Features

The stacking unit can accommodate both Pile and Bundle orders, with the mode selected by the operator. This flexibility allows for efficient handling of high demand in both large orders and frequent order changes, ensuring it meets your needs.

Vibrating unit

Special vibration shaft design strengthens stripping function, reduces belt friction, extends belt life.

Stripping arm adjustable 0–5°. Lateral movement with linear guide and quick clamp makes adjustment faster.

Stacking unit

Accommodates both Pile and Bundle orders; mode selected by operator.

Selectable stacking mode: overlapping, single sheet, or front & rear.

Automatic order setting for A, B, C, AB, BC flute; configurable sheet count.

Optional Features

The position of stripping arm can be set by HMI.

Can automatically eject pallets to achieve an automized production line.
