FEED UNIT

• Available with kicker and suction assist feed system or with the Sun
  Automation lead edge feeder with separate suction adjustment.
• Easily adjustable separately motorised left and right side guides- allowing offset feeding of sheet.
• Solid steel top and bottom feed rollers specially constructed to assist in accurate board transfe Full Stop
  The top roll is designed with a special slotted coating-The bottom roll is designed with a knurled surface.
• The machines are available with push button set facility or with fully computerised set option.

PRINTING UNIT

• Top Printing-allows easy inspection of print quality while the job is running on the machine.
  Optional ceramic anilox rolls available.
• The raising and lowering of the anilox roll can be facilitated automatically or by use of an override switch facility.
• Ink sensor device which automatically shuts off the board feed if the
  ink flow is interrupted. This is indicated by of flashing warning light to
  alert the operators.

SLOTTER UNIT

• Yoked creasing and slotting heads.
• Serrated slotting knives used to give clean cut slots.
• Planetary gear system for running compensation.
• Glue tab knives have cushioning device and run on a steel anvil.
• All main shafts are precision grind and chrome plated.

RDC

• Anvil drum servo synchronisation to compensate for sleeve wear.
• The anvil also has an oscillating device which allows lateral adjustment in order to assist in extending the life of the anvil sleeves.
