- Complete semi-automatic glueing system for regular slotted cartons:
The new Semi-Auto Gluer SAG-6is a complete semi-automatic machine for the glueing of regular slotted containers.I t includes a roller top raising table whit motorized hoist,a glueing section with an extrusion glue unit ,a squaring section with a full width spanking unit and a right angle counter ejector.
- The glue flap can be glued for either inside or outside glueing of the box.
- Simple ,sturdy and easy for maintenance:
The whole mechanical system and functions of Semi-Auto Gluer SAG-6 are well designed and engineered,and having been manufactured with great care,It is simple and yet sturdy,The fact that there are very few consumable parts,the regular maintenance is limited and relatively simple.
- The Valco Extrusion Glueing System trouble-free and less maintenance:
The Valco extrusion glueing system replaces the conventional open glue wheel which was not as trouble ¡Vfree to run as the Valco extrusion system,Problems that arose with the wheel glueing particularly when orders were stopped for a few minutes to change over,the glue would tend to set or gel and needed constant cleaning and there was spillage of the glue on occasions on to lower rubber roll which was difficult to avoid. All open glue wheels tend to be messy and as a result, the Valco sysetm has been adopted which requires considerably less maintenance and attention.
- Valco Extrusion Glueing System saves at least half the glue used¡G
The Valco Extrusion Glueing System saves at least half the consumption of the glue in comparison to the conventional open glue wheel system.
- "Dicar" Crushless Wheels, no damage to the board, and do away with caliper adjustment which results in considerably less change-over time¡G
The " Dicar" Crushless Wheels are fitted as the topfeed wheels. They are so flexible that no damage to the board and allowing either single wall or double wall boxes to pass through the gap between the Dicar Crushless Wheels and the lower rubber rolls without the need for caliper adjustments. Therefore, order change-over time can be considerably reduced, resulting in faster set up time and less maintenance.
- Squaring section with full size spanker¡G
The folded and glued boxes come through the comprression rolls into the squaring section, the squaring section has a full width and full height spanking plate to ensure their is no fish tailing with the glued boxes. The folded and glued boxes Glued cartons are fed underneath the backstop and held down with a guide plate spring through to counter collector system.
